Dream Home Innovations Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

1. Independent Contractor Status

By enrolling in the Dream Home Innovations (DHI) Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or representative of Dream Home Innovations, Discount Flooring Solutions, or any of its affiliates. Participation in this program does not create an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, agency, or franchise agreement.

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax filings, business licenses, and any applicable state or federal obligations. You may receive a 1099-NEC form if your total annual referral earnings meet or exceed the IRS reporting threshold.

2. Referral Rewards and Payment Terms

Affiliates are eligible to earn referral bonuses based on the value of qualifying referred projects.

  • For referred projects with a contract value of $2,500 or more, standard bonuses apply:
    • $250 for flooring
    • $275 for countertops
    • $300 for cabinetry
  • For referred projects under $2,500, the bonus will be issued in the form of a $100 Visa gift card or equivalent.

Referrals are only eligible for payout once the client has signed a DHI agreement and made payment in full. Referral payments are processed on a monthly basis and sent via ACH, check, or gift card delivery.

3. Referral Tracking & Eligibility

Referrals must be submitted through your unique tracking link, QR code, or directly acknowledged by the client at the time of initial contact with DHI. Only the first verified referral on record will be credited.

Referrals expire after 90 days if the client has not completed a qualifying purchase.

4. Inactivity Clause

DHI reserves the right to deactivate any affiliate account that has not produced a referral within a 90-day period. You may reapply at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Present themselves as employees or representatives of Dream Home Innovations
  • Offer pricing, discounts, quotes, or promotions on behalf of DHI
  • Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to target DHI-branded terms
  • Distribute misleading, false, or unauthorized content about DHI or its services

Affiliates must promote the brand ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Use of Materials

Affiliates may use only the approved marketing materials provided by DHI. Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted materials, or private content is prohibited without written consent.

7. Termination

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without cause. In the event of termination, DHI will pay out any earned and eligible bonuses for referred clients that close within 30 days of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Home Innovations is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income, or legal actions resulting from an affiliate’s participation in this program.

9. Modifications

DHI reserves the right to update or modify this Terms of Service agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
