Terms of Service & Code of Ethics

1. Independent Contractor Relationship
By applying to the Dream Build Partner Program, you acknowledge that you are operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or franchisee of Dream Home Innovations (DHI). This agreement does not establish any employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership of any kind.
Affiliates are solely responsible for their business operations, client relationships, taxes, licenses, insurance, and any regulatory compliance.
2. Program Eligibility & Participation
To remain in good standing with the Dream Build Partner Program, participants must:
- Refer customers exclusively to DHI for design center services involving flooring, cabinets, and countertops
- Maintain active communication with the DHI team
- Demonstrate professionalism on and off job sites
- Respond promptly to any DHI inquiries or client issues
- Uphold all aspects of this Code of Ethics
3. Co-Op Rewards & Use
Participants are eligible to receive co-op marketing rewards based on monthly referred customer revenue, calculated as follows:

Co-op funds may only be used for marketing services with approved partners such as Sympler.com and 72HourWebDesign.com, including SEO, website design, video, advertising, social media, and reputation management.
Unused co-op credits do not carry over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Promotional Support & Visibility
Once your first referral has closed and paid, you will be eligible for the following marketing perks:
- Inclusion in the “Friends of Dream Home Innovations” Contractor Guide
- A free promotional video created and published by DHI
- Social media promotion through DHI’s platforms
- Showroom visibility via our in-store referral list
- Exclusive customer discounts on DHI products for your clients
5. Code of Ethics
All Dream Build Partners are expected to uphold the following ethical standards:
- Honesty & Transparency: Estimates and deposit structures must be fair, written, and clearly explained to clients.
- Respect & Professionalism: Treat clients, staff, and project partners with integrity and respect at all times.
- Timely Communication: Respond promptly to calls, emails, and project updates.
- No Deceptive Practices: Misrepresentation of DHI services, pricing, or availability is prohibited.
- Problem Resolution: Address any complaints swiftly and professionally. Repeat complaints may result in program removal.
6. Program Termination
DHI reserves the right to revoke partnership privileges at any time for the following reasons:
- Failure to meet minimum ethical or performance standards
- Violation of exclusivity (using other design centers for core services)
- Customer complaints or verified misconduct
- Inactivity or zero referrals within a 90-day period
7. Limitation of Liability
Dream Home Innovations is not responsible for your direct or indirect dealings with customers outside the scope of DHI product referrals. DHI makes no guarantees of lead volume, client behavior, or earnings.
8. Modifications
DHI may update these Terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
