Co-Founder, Dream Home Innovations
Sean started his career in flooring around 20 years ago as a sales rep for Carpet Mill Outlet Stores. He was trained on both product and installation, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Over the years, Sean went on to market some of the most prominent flooring brands in the industry. With his deep expertise in both sales and digital marketing, he partnered with Co-Founder Brian Hassel—who brings over 30 years of flooring experience—to launch Dream Home Innovations in March of 2025.
