Friends of Dream Home Innovations – Terms of Service

    Welcome to the Friends of Dream Home Innovations program (“Friends of DHI”). This free, relationship-based program is designed to recognize and support individuals and businesses who consistently refer or do business exclusively with Dream Home Innovations (“DHI”). By participating in the Friends of DHI program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Program Overview

    Friends of DHI is a referral recognition and partnership program available to:

    • Home improvement contractors
    • Real estate professionals
    • Home services businesses (e.g., hot tubs, grills, outdoor kitchens)
    • Community members who regularly refer others to DHI

    Participation in the program is free of charge and does not require a purchase or contractual commitment.

    2. How It Works

    • Participants are featured in the Friends of DHI Referral Guide, an online directory curated and optimized by DHI to help promote our partners and supporters.
    • To be eligible, participants must either:
      • Regularly refer potential clients to DHI on social media (e.g., tagging DHI on Facebook or recommending our services), or
      • Use DHI exclusively for their own flooring, cabinet, or countertop needs.
    • When a community member asks for a referral (e.g., “Who do you recommend for kitchen remodels?”), Friends of DHI are encouraged to:
      • Tag Dream Home Innovations in their response
      • Provide positive, honest recommendations
      • Refer the inquirer directly to DHI when appropriate

    3. Directory Inclusion

    • Listing in the Friends of DHI Referral Guide is at the sole discretion of Dream Home Innovations.
    • DHI reserves the right to edit, update, or remove listings at any time, particularly in cases of:
      • Inactivity (no referrals or engagement over a 6-month period)
      • Misrepresentation of services or affiliation
      • Behavior or marketing practices that conflict with DHI’s values or brand image

    4. Relationship Disclosure

    • Friends of DHI is not a paid affiliate program, nor does it imply any ownership, partnership, or employment relationship with Dream Home Innovations.
    • Participants may disclose their inclusion in the program on their website or social media using the phrase:
      “Proud to be listed as a Friend of Dream Home Innovations.”
      Any other usage of DHI’s name, logo, or branding requires written permission.

    5. Additional Opportunities

    • This program is separate from the DHI Contractors Program, which offers structured partnerships, co-op marketing funds, and other business development incentives.
    • Friends of DHI may request more information about upgrading to the DHI Contractors Program at any time.

    6. No Guarantees

    • Inclusion in the Friends of DHI Referral Guide does not guarantee referrals, increased business, or placement in search rankings.
    • DHI will make reasonable efforts to promote the guide and participating businesses, but results may vary based on market, category, and referral frequency.

    7. Changes to the Program

    Dream Home Innovations reserves the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue the Friends of DHI program at any time without prior notice
    • Update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
