We’re Looking for Professional Installers—Not Handymen
Dream Home Innovations is actively seeking experienced flooring, cabinet, countertop, and window covering installers who take pride in doing the job right. Our customers expect more than just a finished project—they expect professionalism, cleanliness, and clear communication from start to finish.
If you’re someone who shows up on time, respects the homeowner’s space, and delivers high-quality work with integrity—we want to hear from you. If you’re not interested in following basic standards of respect and cleanliness, this isn’t for you.
Here’s What We Expect from Every Installer
- Wear booties or protective coverings inside the customer’s home—every time.
- No smoking or vaping on the job site. No exceptions.
- Leave no trash behind. Clean up all materials, wrappers, and debris daily.
- Be clean, courteous, and respectful in appearance and attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service—speak professionally and listen actively.
- Respect the customer’s time—arrive on time and complete work as promised.
- Warranty your workmanship. We stand behind what we install, and so should you.
- Be fully insured and able to provide proof of coverage upon request.
- Be experienced in your trade. We are not looking for apprentices or side-giggers.
- Be a team player. Communicate with our staff, other trades, and the customer clearly.
If this list sounds like common sense to you—and you already operate this way—then we may be a great fit.
What You Can Expect From Us
We know what it’s like to work with companies that don’t communicate, overpromise, or leave you chasing payment. That’s not how we operate. When you work with Dream Home Innovations, you’re treated with respect and supported like a true professional.
- Steady, scheduled work in flooring, cabinets, countertops, and window coverings
- Clear scopes, walkthroughs, and communication before each project begins
- Support from real people who understand installation and logistics
- Respectful clients—we screen who we work with, and it shows
- On-time payments with clear terms
- Opportunities for long-term, consistent partnerships—not just “one-offs”
Our goal is simple: build a team of installers we trust, and treat them with the same care we expect them to show every homeowner.
Who This Is Perfect For
We’re actively hiring skilled installers across multiple trades. If you’re reliable, clean, and excellent at your craft, this is for you:
We’re looking for experts in LVP, laminate, carpet, tile, and engineered hardwood. You understand subfloor prep, layout strategy, tight seams, and leave no mess behind. If your floors pass the sock test, you’re our kind of pro.
Experience with both assembled and flat-pack cabinets is a must. You can read plans, level base cabinets, finish with precision, and work well in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry installs.
We install quartz, granite, butcher block, and solid surface. If you can handle heavy materials, template accurately, install without errors, and leave caulk lines clean—we want you.
Hunter Douglas Certified is a major plus. Whether you install roller shades, shutters, cellular blinds, or motorized systems, your work should be clean, level, and professionally presented. Respectful in-home demeanor is non-negotiable.
Whether you’re a solo installer or run a small crew, if you take your work seriously and treat the homeowner with respect—you’ll fit right in.
Minimum Requirements (And What Disqualifies You)
We only work with installers who meet the following minimum standards. If you don’t, please do not apply.
You Must Have:
- Active liability insurance (and proof of coverage)
- Trade-specific experience (not entry-level)
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- A clean, respectful appearance and work ethic
- Willingness to warranty your work
- Ability to follow instructions, layouts, and timelines
Do Not Apply If You:
- Leave trash or materials behind at job sites
- Smoke, vape, or curse around clients
- Ghost jobs or show up late without notice
- Ignore communication from the team
- Refuse to wear booties or protect finished spaces
- Are only looking for weekend side work
We’re proud of the team we’re building—and that means holding a high standard. If you meet the requirements and operate with professionalism, we’ll treat you like family and keep you busy.
